During this day we will detangling the cultural differences within the team and make them fully aware of how to detect and overcome them.

About Coco Hofs

After +10 years working in a management executive role within a multinational organization, I am trained and practiced as a trainer & consultant on how to overcome cultural differences in the workplace.

Dutch from origin but I have been an international living abroad since 2016.

In my corporate career I lived and worked in The Netherlands, Singapore, Japan and Chile where I led teams with people from all over the world.

It was in 2016 in Japan when I realized that relocation support for international professionals is not enough. As much as I was prepared on how to adjust to the Japanese business culture. I found myself working for a Swedish company, reporting to an American boss, leading a team with people from all over the world. But most of all – I learned how much my own Dutch culture influenced the way I believed a good leader behaves.
