In the 1:1 Executive program, you will have 3 months, 24/7 accessibility to my knowledge, coaching and advice.
There will be 6 training sessions of 1 hour, where each session you and I will dive into the different categories of The Culture Map.
Each session will have a different theme. (For example, but not limited to:communication, trust & relations and hiërarchie & authority.)
Through case studies, real examples and studies, you will gain deep knowledge on how culture effects leadership and business.
Aside from the training sessions, there will be 2 personal coaching sessions of 1,5 hour each.
